It was nicely package. Mininmun instructions were included. So we just played by ear to figure out how to work. We did find out that it will not work with a Windows 7 computer. We used our Windows XP laptop and downloaded the software. Work fine. It’s like a small MP3 Player. Remote work fine. Use it to find a clear radio channel. Also it has built-in radio and can play videos. I haven’t added any videos yet. Overall were pretty please with it. I was amazed by its features and concept. However, the interface is primitive and the quality of its construction was sub-par. I will me the requirement as a backup mp3 player.. I threw it to the trash can. The quality of this product is very bad. Maybe yours is ok, but I really got a garbage. The charge wire doesn’t work normally. I was annoyed. I dont have time to waste. Don’t buy it.
