Read on for more detail: I bought this case for my new Sprint Samsung Galaxy S3. My phone fits great in the armband, although if I had any type of protective case on the phone, I would have to remove it. I use my phone to track runs while listening to music and using a HIIT timer. So far I have used it on a hand full of runs and the armband has kept the phone where it belongs: securely on my arm. The plastic cover is great, it still allows me to use my phone, open apps, skip songs etc… without having to take my phone out of the case. I can actually do this while I continue to jog. The armband itself is easy to adjust although I have been slipping it on and off as opposed to un-velcroing it every time. Easier, quicker. I find it quite comfortable while running, without excessive rubbing or scratching. Overall, this is a great armband for the price. It does what is is supposed to without being too heavy. The only thing that would make it better is if it were waterproof, although that would add to the price. Through a light sprinkle it would be fine but if it got saturated, probably game over. I have a Samsung Galaxy 3 with the hard case. It fits without any effort. I use it at the gym and outside to run. I am military and love the pocket in the back where I can put my ID card. Never know when you may push too hard or get hit by a car and someone needs to be notified. |
