It is difficult to position since it is only adjustable from the cigarette lighter adapter. If your adapter sits low on the console you are not able to pull the phone closer to yourself. You can tilt it, but you will still have to reach down to make adjustments. The only other concern I have with this product is that the in-car call feature did not work with my product. I connected the wire from the harness to the phone, and I turned the radio onto the specified channel, but I could not hear the person I tried to call over the speakers. The radio/iPod feature works really great in the car though. The price was nice and cheap – so I wasn’t expecting much. I was surprised when it came in though. The gooseneck is pretty sturdy and stays erect as it should.I have a 2001 VW Jetta and it stays in there all the time. The phone doesn’t move around when inside. It fits snug. The radio transmitter works quite well. No static or noises. In my opinion it is a great buy. |
